Inspired by, and derived from our natural surroundings, all Kaitoke Wilds products are 100% plant based, sourced at the highest quality, organic wherever possible, and never tested on animals. 

It is important for you to be aware of your skin's sensitivities before using any of our products. Though we use only gentle and natural ingredients, please proceed with caution if you are at all concerned about your skin's reaction.  We have done our best to note where we understand there should be precautions taken but strongly encourage you to do your own research when considering using these products if you have any concerns about your skins reaction, have any pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing. Our products and the information on these pages are not intended to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any medical condition and are not a substitute for the medical advice of a trained physician. Kaitoke Wilds products will never have higher than 2% essential oil dilution.

While every attempt is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information on this website, Kaitoke Wilds does not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.  Due to the handmade nature of production and the elemental differences from harvest to harvest, there may be minor variations between individual products.

Any information that you share on this site is private and confidential. This information will not be shared, rented or sold to any third party.

Shipping

We package our products with recycled packaging, reusable and recyclable glass bottles and jars, in order to reduce packaging waste, and where possible we post using eco-friendly materials. In an effort to save paper, we will not automatically send you a packing slip with your order. If you do need one, please be sure to leave a note and we will be happy to include one.

Please note that upon receiving payment, your items will ship within 5-7 business days. Please allow for shipping time on top of this. Many items are made to order, and we thank you for your patience!  You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you, and it is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address to ensure that the package is delivered to the right place where it can be signed for by you on receipt. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items while in transit. When your item ships, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number. 

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars, and all payments are securely processed via PayPal or Stripe.  

Returns

Kaitoke Wilds blends are carefully hand-crafted in micro-batches to ensure ultimate freshness and the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you be 100% content with your purchase. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us with the batch number of your product. and we will try to remedy the situation as best we can.
